Those are Professional standard photos fit to be in a glossy magazine, I really trhink the street sceens are exeptionally different from the run of the mill stuf I see alos the Black and white- I love them.
The detail in the white dress and blqack jackets is good with the 300 I wonder if you use D-lighting?
The 700 will give you the tools but if you maintain theat standard of photography in your composition There is no reason you should not keep busy with work.
