Today I shot my last wedding for 2011, a winter wedding at Glenskirlie Castle & House Hotel, a lovely venue out at Banknock, near Falkirk. Due to torrential rain (and I mean torrential) coupled with gale force winds, it was impossible to step outside, not even for a second. So we did all the photography indoors. Now, I get asked all the time at consultations “What if it rains….?”…. well, we live in Scotland, I can’t guarantee you the weather, my first wedding this year in February had gorgeous weather, whereas a mid July wedding, it rained non stop all day, BUT what I can guarantee you, is that no matter the weather, your day will be beautiful AND we’ll still get fantastic, beautiful photography.
