Last weekend saw me photographing 2 weddings, the first was Lynn & Terry’s at Dunblane Hydro followed by Laura & Ian’s at Glenavon House Linlithgow & The Vu. So first up are Lynn & Terry. Their ceremony and reception were held at the luxury Scotland hotel, Dunblane Hydro near Stirling. It was great they were both staying and getting ready at the hotel, giving me a chance to catch some images of Terry and his guys working out how to get into scottish kilts! and spending sometime with Lynn and her girls for bridal preperation images. The weather was glorious for them, after their ceremony and the family & friends formal photography were finished, we walked down the lawn at the front for some portraits with the hotel and deep blue skies creating a stunning backdrop. Although Lynn and Terry are from the UK, they are both currently living in Baku, Azerbaijan (who won this years Eurovision song contest) so for something a bit different after their first dance and releasing Wish Lanterns into the sky, they had Azeri dancing, which while it looked and sounded absolutely crazy, looked a lot of fun. Lynn and Terry, I just want to thank you both again for allowing me to be part of what was a very special day for you both, and all your friends and family.
